Job summary

Everstory Partners in Pittsburgh is seeking a Sales Counselor to assist families with funeral selections and guide them through our offerings, including cemetery services and merchandise.

You will generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach, while maintaining CRM records and supporting families at services. Compensation includes first-year earnings of $45,000–$55,000 plus uncapped commissions and a six-week training pay of $18/hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related studies preferred.
• 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with a CRM system preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work some holidays, evenings and weekends.

• Sell pre-need and at-need services and merchandise.
