Job summary

Everstory Partners is looking for a Sales Counselor to help families navigate funeral and cemetery service selections, including inventory and merchandise. You will assist with arrangements, attend services, and convert leads generated through walk-ins, inbound calls, and proactive outreach.

The role involves travel to client meetings and community events; a valid driver’s license is required and mileage is reimbursed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, some related education preferred in Business/Marketing/Sales
• 1 year of sales experience preferred
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; mileage reimbursement provided for travel
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook) and CRM experience preferred
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services and merchandise
• Assist families with funeral selections and attend services
• Generate leads through walk-ins, inbound calls and proactive prospecting
• Travel to client meetings and community events; mileage reimbursement provided
