Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor to build relationships with individuals and families, guiding them through funeral and cemetery decisions with care and consultative selling. You will manage leads, generate new business, and coordinate with local teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

The role involves prospecting, community outreach, and meetings with clients, with earnings tied to sales performance and a paid training period.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales or relationship-based experience preferred.
• CRM experience (HubSpot/Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Willingness to work in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess needs and propose funeral and cemetery products/services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need services and related merchandise.
• Build a pipeline via inbound/outbound prospecting, referrals, networking and community outreach.
• Respond to leads and walk-ins and conduct follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments and opportunities; maintain accurate records.
