Job summary

Everstory Partners in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Sales Counselor to help families select funeral and cemetery services and related merchandise through consultative, compassionate guidance.

You will build a pipeline through leads, walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach, manage relationships in HubSpot CRM, and participate in community events while earning commission based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Tagalog/Filipino, Vietnamese, or Arabic).
• 1 year of sales-related experience preferred (outside sales, B2C, consulting, customer service, or business development).
• Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven sales environment with prospecting and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre‑need and at‑need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.
• Build a pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, prospecting, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, inquiries, and walk‑ins; conduct follow‑up throughout the sales process.
• Develop long‑term relationships with customers, families, and community members.
• Explain products and pricing clearly and compassionately; guide purchasing decisions and complete contracts.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, appointments, and follow‑up activities.
