Everstory Partners in Asheboro, NC is seeking a Sales Counselor to guide families in selecting funeral, cemetery, and memorialization products. You will build relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and work with HubSpot CRM to track opportunities.

The role offers uncapped commissions or a guaranteed minimum hourly rate, a paid hourly training period for six weeks, and a commission-based compensation structure that rewards performance and customer care.

Qualifikationen

• One year of sales experience preferred.
• CRM software experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
• Comfortable in a commission-based, performance-driven environment.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.

• Meet with individuals and families to understand needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline through inbound leads, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, inquiries, and walk-ins; conduct follow-ups throughout the sales process.
