Job summary

Everstory Partners is seeking a Sales Counselor for the South Side Cemetery in Mt. Lebanon, PA. You will meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and guide them through pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, and related merchandise.

This role builds a sales pipeline through inbound leads, walk-ins, referrals, networking, and community outreach, while using HubSpot CRM to track activity and opportunities. Training is paid during the first 6 weeks.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in sales or related roles preferred.
• Comfortable working in a commission-based, performance-driven sales environment.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle for local appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend funeral and cemetery products and services.
• Sell pre-need and at-need funeral services, cemetery property, memorialization products, and related merchandise.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers through lead generation, outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
• Respond to inbound leads, customer inquiries, and walk-in opportunities; conduct follow-up throughout the sales process.
