Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Funding Consultant to coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of product, repair, and rental orders. You will work with SLPs, insurers, and institutions to obtain authorization and ensure documents meet third-party payer criteria.

You will guide clients and families on funding options, co-pays, and eligibility, while tracking orders and resolving denials in a fast-paced environment. Remote work within Pacific/Mountain time zones is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2–4 years related experience is required.
• Health insurance background is preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency with MS Office and email tools is expected.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of new product, repair, and equipment rental orders.
• Collaborate with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to obtain order authorization.
• Track funding authorization cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Verify eligibility with funding agencies and review documents for payer criteria.
• Advise clients and families on funding requests and co-payments; resolve denials.
