Job summary

Tobii Dynavox seeks an Interim Funding Consultant to coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of new product, repair, and rental orders. You will work with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to secure authorizations and ensure documents meet third-party payer criteria.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities, with travel to the Pittsburgh office for team activities a few times per year.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate intake, submission and follow-up of orders with SLPs and agencies.
• Work with providers and educational institutions to place orders.
• Track funding cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Verify eligibility through funding agencies and records.
• Review documents against payer criteria and requirements.
• Reference prior orders and payment history for new requests.
• Enter orders in the order management system database.
• Advocate for clients and explain funding requirements and co-pays.
