Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is hiring a Funding Coordinator to manage intake, submission, and follow-up for product, repair, and rental orders. You’ll work with SLPs, government agencies, and schools to secure order authorization and verify documents meet third-party payer criteria.

In this role, you’ll coordinate with insurers, track approvals, and communicate with clients about funding and co-pays. Candidates must live in Pacific or Mountain time zones, with a Bachelor degree or 2–4 years’ related

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2–4 years related experience.
• Background in health insurance field preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with SLPs on funding cases and instruct on document preparation and policies
• Place new product, repair, or rental orders with insurers, government agencies, and educational institutions
• Track funding authorization cases to completion in a timely manner
• Verify eligibility using online resources and communicate with funding agencies
• Review prior authorization documents against payer criteria
• Enter and complete orders in the order management system
• Advise clients and families on funding requests and co-payments, coordinating with insurers
• Resolve third-party denials and advise on complex funding cases
• Alert supervisor to potential payer challenges
• Perform other duties as assigned
