Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Funding Consultant to coordinate intake, submission, and follow‑up of funding orders for products, repairs, or rentals. The role involves collaboration with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to secure approvals and meet payer criteria.

The candidate will review documentation for eligibility, track cases to completion, and maintain clear communication with clients and families about funding requests and potential co‑payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or 2–4 years of related experience.
• Background in health insurance field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of funding orders.
• Work with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to obtain order authorization.
• Review documents to ensure third‑party payer criteria are met.
• Enter and complete orders in the order management system.
• Communicate with clients and families regarding funding requests and co‑payment requirements.
