Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Funding Consultant in the United States to coordinate intake, submission, and follow-up of product, repair, and rental orders. You will work with SLPs, government agencies, and educational institutions to ensure orders meet third-party payer criteria and are submitted accurately.

In a fast-paced environment, you’ll manage funding cases, communicate with clients and families, and resolve denials while maintaining policy compliance and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 2–4 years related experience.
• Background in health insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with SLPs on funding cases and instruct on document preparation.
• Work with insurers, government agencies, and educational institutions to place orders.
• Track funding authorization cases to completion in a timely manner.
• Verify eligibility with funding agencies using online resources.
• Review prior authorization documents against payer criteria.
• Research previous orders and payment history for repair or new orders.
• Enter and complete orders in the order management system.
