LensCrafters is seeking a dedicated Optometric Technician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will assist the optometrist, prep patients, and help ensure accurate testing and documentation within HIPAA guidelines. A professional appearance and strong customer service mindset are essential.

You will support scheduling, patient communication, and collaboration with the retail and clinical teams to provide high-quality eye care and a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year strong customer service skills (internal/external).
• Leadership skills.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly with a smile.
• Promptly answer the telephone in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist the optometrist in eye examinations and prepare patients for exams.
• Maintain patient records with HIPAA-compliant organization and accuracy.
• Support retention and scheduling of exams, including follow-up calls.
