Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and display a welcoming image.

• Review prescriptions carefully and maintain HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain organized patient records and input data accurately in CIAO.
• Manage inventory of supplies and contact lenses in exam lanes.
• Support retail operations when workload allows.
