LensCrafters is seeking an Optometric Technician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience by supporting the optometrist and ensuring high-quality patient care. You will perform pre-exam testing, gather medical history and prepare patients for exams while linking the doctor and retail functions.

The role requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with the CIAO system and HIPAA compliance is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of strong customer service experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients

Responsibilities
