Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our vision, culture, and core values on every shift. You’ll lead the crew as a servant leader, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while coordinating with leadership on feedback.

Responsibilities include modeling the Broista role, training new teammates, and supporting inventory, promotions, and shop operations. A strong emphasis on energy, attitude, and teamwork drives daily success.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Disciplinary action defined as a coaching conversation with formal documentation.
• Food Handler Permit/Certification required by state/local regulations.
• Mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Cultivate Dutch Bros atmosphere and standards on shift; help solve problems.
• Manage the shift and ensure readiness for specials or promotions with the right energy.
• Model and meet all Broista expectations and train new Broistas operationally.
• Cover all aspects of the Manifesto during training and set up the next shift for success.
• Assist Shop Manager with inventory, deposits, restocking, and cleanliness standards.
• Communicate wins and opportunities for improvement to shop leadership.
• Attend mandatory meetings and adhere to policies; support shop setup and cleanliness.
