Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead in Ohio to uphold our culture on every shift. You will be a servant leader, communicating with leadership on feedback and ensuring the team delivers a mind-blowing experience.

You will train new Broistas, manage the shift, and help with inventory, cleanliness, and readiness for promotions. A flexible schedule and 32+ hours weekly are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action in past 90 days.
• Flowcheck score 90%+ and on time.
• Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local laws.
• Complete mandatory certificates and training to policy standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to create a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally.
• Manage shift setup, inventory, cleanliness, and cash handling.
• Communicate wins and improvement opportunities to shop leaders.
