Responsibilities

• Welcome, register, and schedule patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
• Act as liaison between patients and medical staff.
• Obtain and confirm demographic and insurance information.
• Route inquiries, complaints and messages to appropriate parties.
• Assist patients with financial inquiries and collect payments.
• Complete account, referral and claim edits in work queues.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide daily batch/deposit information to staff.
