Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, insurance or healthcare preferred.
• Strong telephone and computer skills with professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication among patients, families, staff, providers, and administrative teams.
• Obtain and verify accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Route inquiries, complaints, and messages to appropriate parties.
• Assist patients with financial questions including policies, insurance, and payments.
• Collect payments such as co-pays and balances at the time of service.
• Handle account, referral, and claim workflows in work queues.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Provide daily batch and deposit information to staff for processing.
