Job summary

The Maintenance Technician at Asset Living is responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision.

You will handle make-ready processes, respond to resident requests, and help maintain safety and cleanliness across common areas and units, while following Asset Living policies and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks for community buildings and units.
• Respond to resident requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with make-ready and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain records of service requests and safety compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies as required.
