Job summary

Asset Living is hiring a Maintenance Technician to assist in all maintenance aspects of the property, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Responsibilities include corrective, preventive, routine, and cosmetic maintenance, and make-ready tasks to meet property objectives.

Additionally, the role requires daily on-site activity, responding to requests, and maintaining safety records, with emphasis on customer and resident relations and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in corrective, preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance.
• Carry out make-ready tasks per property objectives.
• Maintain pool and track chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for hazards.
• Document service requests and maintain safety records.
• Provide excellent customer and resident relations.
