The role focuses on training, coaching, and maximizing sales while maintaining exceptional customer service, safety and asset protection. Eligible candidates should have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price or big box environments and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off-price, big box, or a specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Train, develop, and coach direct reports to maximize sales.
• Uphold safety guidelines for customers and associates.
• Foster a diverse, collaborative culture.
• Resolve issues and supervise front-end operations to ensure excellent customer service.
• Support in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and community relations.
