Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You’ll work closely with Store Management in Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and Human Resources to grow your retail career in a caring, inclusive environment.

The role leads front-end operations, coaches teams, and reinforces safety and asset protection while delivering exceptional customer service and partner-driven results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and drive community relations initiatives.
