Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor in a leadership capacity. You will work with Store Management across Merchandising, Customer Service, Operations, and HR to drive results and develop teams.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in retail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights and weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are highlighted.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail/off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends & holidays.
• Able to move/handle/lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Resolve issues, make informed decisions and supervise front-end operations.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support community relations programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal/break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
