Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Selling Floor Supervisor to lead store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of associates. You will partner with store management in merchandising, customer service, operations, and HR to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have prior supervisory retail experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of staff.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
