Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor (Selling Floor Supervisor) to lead store functions and a team of associates. You will work closely with Store Management in merchandising, service, operations, and HR, shaping a talented and collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big-box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to move/lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety by adhering to company guidelines.
• Lead front-end operations to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
