Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or off-price environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all store functions and associates in the role of Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, coaching, and development of direct reports.
• Promote safety and ensure adherence to company guidelines for customers and staff.
• Cultivate a diverse, collaborative culture focused on teamwork and partnerships.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new associates.
• Contribute to weekly workload planning and scheduling.
