Burlington Stores is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Supervisor or Full-Time Selling Floor Supervisor to join our store leadership team. You will oversee front-end and store operations, coach associates, and drive sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to move/lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Commitment to building strong teams and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store functions and associates as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in workload planning and community relations initiatives.
