Qualifications

• Ability to work weekends and lift up to 50 lbs if required.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
• Monitor and operate electronic security control systems.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist residents as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and assist on-site property manager as required.
