Job summary

Responsibilities include greeting residents and guests, operating electronic security controls, maintaining logs, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College-level business or hospitality coursework preferred.
• 2–3 years of business experience preferred.
• Proficient with information systems hardware/software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management.
• Monitor Emergency Response System.
• Greet and direct Residents, guests, and invitees.
• Control Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently.
• Monitor and control access to the building.
• Maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
• Resolve and follow up on complaints/issues.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
