Job summary

Planet Fitness in Pittsfield, MA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a high-quality, Judgement Free member experience. You will handle member inquiries, sign-ups, tours, and purchases while promoting our fitness programs.

Starting at $15 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. Full-time position with benefits and a path for growth within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and help with information.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and tour facilities.
• Log amenities and process purchases at the POS.
• Promote fitness classes to members and newcomers.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, safe club environment.
