Job summary

Planet Fitness in Baltimore, MD is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to greet members, sign up new guests and respond to questions in a timely, professional manner.

You’ll process purchases at the POS, promote PF classes, maintain a clean, safe club, and contribute to a Judgement Free environment. Entry-level friendly openings with growth opportunities; requires 18+ and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use a POS system.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist with sign-ups and tours.
• Process merchandise purchases at the point of sale and promote fitness classes.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
