National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. You will provide a superior member experience, greet guests, process signups, and assist with class promotions in a fast-paced gym environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and prospective members, sign up new members and log amenities.
• Answer phones in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary club environment.
