Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a high level of member service and assist with sign-ups and tours. You will answer phones, greet members, process purchases, and promote fitness classes in a clean, welcoming club environment.

Eligibility includes some customer service experience and a high school diploma or GED. The role offers growth opportunities, benefits, and a schedule with weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering a superior level of customer service.
• Basic computer skills to operate POS and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones with a friendly demeanor and scripted information.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and give tours of the club.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases at the point of sale.
• Promote fitness classes to members and new joiners.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
