Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support members and guests. You will greet, sign up new members, answer questions, log amenities, and help maintain a welcoming, Judgement Free environment.

Starting at $12 per hour, schedule Monday–Friday, 5am–1pm (40h/week). We offer growth through internal promotions, 401K with employer match up to 4%, health/dental/vision options, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet members; sign up and tour new members; log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
