Job summary

Planet Fitness in Chicopee, MA is hiring a Customer Service Representative. Starting pay is $15 per hour with raises at 6 months, 1 year, and every 6 months after the first year. This role focuses on delivering a high-energy, Judgement Free member experience and supporting day-to-day club operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly, scripted manner.
• Greet new and returning members, sign up and tour as needed.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
