Job summary

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior, Judgement Free member experience. Starting at $12 per hour, with increases based on tenure, you will join a team that values accountability, initiative, and helping others.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, signing up new members, logging amenities, processing POS purchases, promoting PE@PF classes, and keeping the club clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.
• Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones using information script; greet members and sign up new members.
• Log amenities, process POS purchases, and answer questions promptly.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
