Job summary

Planet Fitness in Reading is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer inquiries, and manage sign-ups with a positive, Judgement Free experience. The role includes opening and maintaining a clean club environment, handling purchases at the POS, and promoting fitness classes to both new and existing members.

Starting wage is $12 per hour with scheduled increases over time. The position requires 18+ years of age, basic computer skills, and a friendly, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and use information script.
• Greet members, sign up new members, and tour prospective members.
• Log amenities and assist with questions and concerns promptly.

Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.
