Job summary

National Fitness Partners, operating Planet Fitness clubs, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a high-quality, judgment-free member experience. You will greet guests, sign up new members, log amenities, and respond to inquiries with a friendly, professional approach.

The role involves POS transactions, promoting fitness classes, and maintaining a clean club environment. Growth opportunities are emphasized, with benefits including PTO, healthcare options, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, guests and prospective members
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and greet members
• Sign up and tour new members, log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system
• Promote fitness instruction classes to members and new members
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and safe club environment
