Job summary

Planet Fitness in Harrisburg is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, log amenities, and process purchases at the point of sale. You will promote our fitness classes, maintain a clean, safe club, and provide a superior judgement-free member experience to guests and members alike.

Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma preferred and basic computer proficiency; starting pay is $12 per hour with increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to our active members and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
