TitleMax is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support the Store Operations team. You will guide customers through loan or pawn processes, educate on options, and manage payments and appointments in person.

The role emphasizes strong communication, data accuracy, and compliance while meeting performance standards and participating in community events. A full-time in-person schedule is required, with potential weekend hours.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for daily use (mileage compensated).
• Proficiency with phone, POS systems, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Background checks as required by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of loan or pawn process.
• Educate consumers and make recommendations based on financial needs.
• Manage customer accounts by accepting payments and scheduling appointments.
• Engage in referrals and community events to support store performance.
• Develop relationships to build new business and brand loyalty.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals using the assessment tool.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system accurately.
• Uphold company policies and legal compliance.
• Maintain security, cash drawer, and vault procedures.
