Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with customers and peers.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process.
• Educate consumers and make recommendations based on their financial needs.
• Assist in customer account management by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business and maintain brand loyalty.
• Conduct vehicle appraisals and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Uphold compliance with policies and laws; manage vault, cash drawer, and deposits.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
