Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and providers to gather information for accurate registration.
• Assign Medical Record Numbers, schedule appointments, collect point-of-service payments, and handle document collection and checkout.
• Respond to billing questions and patient inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Verify demographics and insurance information and ensure proper forms are provided and signed.
• Schedule and confirm appointments in person or by phone and enter insurance details.
• Initiate and validate referrals/authorizations.
• Provide proactive, patient-centered service and escalate concerns when needed.
