Qualifications

• Interacting with patients, payers, and providers for accurate registration and related tasks.
• Managing patient check-in/check-out processes with accuracy.
• Verifying demographics and insurance information, ensuring proper forms and approvals.
• Discussing payment arrangements and providing price estimates.
• Demonstrating proactive customer service and teamwork with clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients, payers, and providers to gather information for registration and referrals.
• Handle messages and respond to billing and payment inquiries.
• Oversee the check-in/check-out process including documentation and eligibility verification.
• Assist with HPE eligibility and discuss payment options and financial assistance.
• Support the care team and escalate issues when needed.
