• Interact with patients, payers, and providers to gather information for registration and scheduling.

• Mentor and train staff on departmental procedures.
• Schedule complex procedures and manage authorizations/referrals.
• Document patient–provider communications and manage check-in/out processes.
• Provide proactive customer service and escalate issues when needed.
