• Receiving and routing messages and handling billing and payment inquiries.
• Managing patient check-in/check-out, updating demographic/insurance info, ensuring forms are signed and witnessed.
• Assisting patients with eligibility, discussing payment arrangements and financial assistance options.
• Maintaining proactive customer service by listening, owning solutions, and involving leadership when needed.
• Supporting clinical staff as a member of the patient care team.
