Elior North America is seeking an experienced FT Cook to join the Elior Collegiate Dining team at West Virginia Wesleyan College. In a fast-paced kitchen you will ensure quality and portion control, perform food preparation, and deliver creative presentations while following recipes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s culinary experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use various kitchen equipment and identify food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Nice-to-haves: Food handlers’ certification.
