Fastenal Co. is seeking a full-time Sales Associate for the Wilmington, DE branch. The role focuses on developing customer relationships, increasing account value, and delivering inventory management solutions through a consultative sales approach.

You will contribute to new partnerships and growth within your book of business while coordinating resources to meet customer needs. A potential flexible schedule may follow onboarding and performance results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Possess or pursue a degree in business/related field or have customer service experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication and computer skills.
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs) as needed.
• Willing to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities.
• Provide value with a consultative sales approach.
• Develop new and grow existing relationships from leads and referrals.
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs.
• Drive company vehicle on local sales calls to customer sites.
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success.
