The position emphasizes building new and existing customer relationships, coordinating resources to support service needs, and delivering strong customer experiences. Onboarding and performance goals may lead to schedule flexibility.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements.
• Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field OR relevant customer service/industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong aptitude for sales and a customer-service mindset.
• Motivated, self-directed and goal oriented.
• Strong math aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities.
• Problem solving and decision making skills.
• Demonstrated alignment with company values: ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift and move packages typically 25–50 lbs, up to 75 lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen (US, Puerto Rico and Guam).
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Supporting B2B sales and customer service activities.
• Providing value to customers through a consultative sales approach.
• Developing new and growing existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting.
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer service needs.
• Performing local sales calls and driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success.
