Fastenal Co. in West Chester, PA 19382 is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to join our team at 510 E Barnard St. This role emphasizes relationship building and selling inventory management solutions through a consultative approach.

You will support B2B sales, develop and grow customer relationships from leads and referrals, coordinate resources for service needs, and perform local sales calls using a company vehicle. Up to 28 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Hold a valid driver's license and meet driving record requirements to operate a company vehicle.
• Pursuing or have a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Management or related field OR have customer service or industry-related work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Demonstrate strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell.
• Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities.
• Demonstrate problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills.
• Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages up to 75 lbs.
• Pass the required drug screen where applicable.
