Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with valid driver's license
• Degree in Business/Sales/Marketing/Supply Chain/Operations/Management or related field OR relevant customer service/industry experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Strong aptitude for sales and a customer‑facing mindset
• Motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
• Good math, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Demonstrated core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Able to lift 25–50 lbs and up to 75 lbs
• Pass drug screen where required

Responsibilities

• Support B2B sales and customer service activities
• Provide value through a consultative sales approach
• Develop new and grow existing customer relationships
• Coordinate resources to respond to customer service needs
• Perform local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites
• Perform other duties to ensure branch success
